Andrea Colton – Treatment Coordinator
I am responsible for all our new patient exams, consultations, and follow-up appointments. I pay special attention to each patient's concerns and give details regarding their specific treatment plan. Customer service is extremely important and I do whatever I can to make treatment as fun as possible! Our office is like a big family and we all love to laugh with each other both in and outside of work. My husband's name is Johnny and we have one daughter, Kelsey, five dogs, four cats, and four horses. I spend a lot of my time driving Kelsey to school activities and enjoying family bbqs and listening to my husband's country band!
Christin Hutchcraft – Receptionist, Financial Secretary
I work at the front desk answering the phones, scheduling appointments, and helping patients with their insurance paperwork. Everyone in our office wants our patients to get a perfect smile and we do everything we can to make sure our patients have fun while they're here. I always to try laugh and have a good time but customer service is my biggest priority. My husband, Eric, and I have two Boxers, Chevelle and Diesel, and when I have free time I enjoy playing sports, watching college football, and traveling.
Lisa Beason – Orthodontic Assistant
Working as an orthodontic assistant, I assist Dr. Zuroff with patient care and take all necessary photos, X-rays, and impressions. I enjoy giving our patients great customer service and making them feel relaxed and comfortable during their appointments. It is so exciting to see a patient on the day their braces are removed. Their smiles are wonderful! I love to spend time with my husband, Rich, our two children, Charlee and Cooper, and our Chocolate lab named Hannah. I spend most of my time watching my kids play soccer and baseball and going on family camping trips.
Victoria Hernandez – Orthodontic Assistant
I assist Dr. Zuroff with patient care and take all necessary photos, X-rays, and impressions. I think providing great customer service is extremely important and I want all of our patients to have a pleasant experience with us. Making patients smile and having them feel comfortable is key but I definitely can be a chatter box! Dr. Zuroff is dedicated, enthusiastic, and interacts well with patients. He is always willing to share his knowledge and is a great teacher. I have three beautiful princesses all under the age of seven. We love spending time swimming, playing in the park, reading, and shopping!
