About Dr. Zuroff

Dr. Jay Zuroff graduated from the dental school at the University of Minnesota in 1988 and went on to complete his residency in orthodontics at the University of Washington in 1990. Dr. Zuroff opened his private practice in Kennewick, where he has been since 1990.

A commitment to continuing education has led Dr. Zuroff to participate in dozens of courses covering myriad topics. He is also involved in the Memorial Hospital Cleft Palate Team and the Pasco Kennewick Rotary. In addition, Dr. Zuroff is an active member of the Washington State Dental Association, American Dental Association, American Cleft Palate Association, American Association of Orthodontists and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists.

Dr. Zuroff has also received numerous awards from professional colleagues for excellence, just a few of which are:

  • The J. Raymond Gill Award for Outstanding Achievement in Fixed Prosthodontics
  • The University of Minnesota, Outstanding Achievement Award in Fixed Prosthodontics
  • The University of Minnesota Clinical Excellence Award for Outstanding Achievement in Removable Prosthodontics, and Academic Dentistry
  • The Irwin Epstein Award for Clinical Excellence in Endodontics

A native of Helena, Montana, Dr. Zuroff currently resides in Kennewick, Washington with his children, Lara and Thor, and wife, Anja. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, fishing and motorcycles.
